old black man beating in New orleans by police

found this on CNN. Ita about police officers beating an old black man in New Orleans.

its the second video

The only reason why they even talked about it is because it was caught on tape. And then still, the police officers are said to be charged with simple battery wile the black man is charge with simple battery, assaulting police and resisting arrest.

you know you jump to conclusions to easily....
from what i have seen in the extended video....
this guy was resisting arrest.....
they even said in the video "he didnt start fighting back till he was hit in the back of the head"
you resist arrest you get forced into submission....
now granded the force may have been a bit excessive.....
but... these cops have been under a lot of stress with everything thats been going on in that area.....
it was just a matter of time before someone snapped....
i dont disagree with the excessive force thing...
i just dont think this guy was totaly innocent like you try to make him out to be.....

I agree but * people that live in glass houses shouldnt throw stones * those fools that committed this assault were captured on video and they will be dealt with by the criminal courts tapes dont lie however the same can not be said in regards to the fools that committed these awfull acts of horror and death on the innocent Iraqis portrayed in the first video nor on the innocent Sunnis, shown in the second video those scum will never see a court of law to answer for their crimes will they
